OMLA pairs Veterans and Active Military members with pro bono attorneys to represent them in a variety of legal issues, including, but not limited to:
- Wills/POA
- Service Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
- Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act (USERRA)
- consumer/fraud
- property/landlord-tenant
- creditor/debtor
- predatory lending
The minimum recommended commitment is 10 hours per year. Volunteers can also donate their time and expertise at OMLA Ask-A-Lawyer Events and Clinics held throughout the year across the state of Nevada.
